To fulfil an order over the internet or telephone it is necessary for us to collect your personal information including but not limited to name, company name, address, post code, telephone number, fax number and email address.

Upon placing an order on-line it is also necessary for us to collect your payment details, including but not limited to name on card, card number, start date, expiry date, card type and issue number. This information is never stored and is sent to our third party payment processor, SagePay who then transfer the funds from your credit/debit card into our bank account.

Upon placing an order by telephone it is necessary for us to collect your payment details as above, this information is entered directly into our 'Card Holder Not Present' payment system which will process your order, these payment details are also never stored by us.

3. Accuracy of Collected Data


Information collected upon registering an account can be rectified at any time through the edit account details section of your account, if you wish to completely remove your account please contact us.

Although no technology can be fully secure, we take appropriate steps to secure all data entered by our users. All pages which allow a user to enter sensitive information such as payment details are encrypted to the industry standard level.
