Due to Covid 19 and the latest restrictions in place, all of our parcel carriers are informing us of delays on parcels going into the EU via the road networks. The parcel carriers expect these delays to continue until week commencing January 4th. We are working very hard to minimise the impact on all of our customers and please rest assured, that any orders you place, will be picked and packed and ready to despatch to you, as soon as the delays lift. We will keep you updated on any changes..
Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for deliveries within the mainland UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days (Monday - Friday).
Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise you can specify a different delivery address and have your order delivered to your workplace, friend's house etc.
International shipping is charged based on the weight of your order. This is worked out at Checkout - please see the list for minimum costs for selected countries.
Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Alternatively, log in to your account and view your order at any time.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest you consider having your order delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to Standard Delivery procedures.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS (Text) and or E-mail, or contact you directly in the event there are difficulties with the delivery.
Please note: Electronic goods will be supplied with a UK plug.
Please allow 15-20 working days for international delivery.
