Lou Withers is excited to bring you her Skies The Limit Mindful Moodling collection. Everybody doodles at some point, in class, at work, on the phone and what they doodle relates to their mood and circumstances.
Through the practice of Mindful Moodling Lou demonstrates how it has allowed her to enjoy taking time out whilst being creative and just relaxing.
Mindful Moodling is about taking time out to be creative, time to be calm, chill and totally engrossed in your creativity.
