Cadence Napkin Glue is a water-based napkin and rice paper adhesive.

For use on all non-porous surfaces, leaving a brilliantly high shine porcelain finish. It dries quickly, can be heat set with a heat tool and your finished items can also be hand washed easily.

Additionally, once dry, this product is weather and water-proof making it perfect for many projects.
